Infernal Affairs is an acclaimed Hong Kong crime-thriller trilogy written and directed by Andrew Lau and Alan Mak.

Infernal Affairs III, the third and final film, serves as a sequel to the first film, with flashbacks to the period before the original, concluding the story with a climatic end.
