Shipments over the holidays
We are now on Christmas holidays.
Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th are public holidays in the UK, and we will be taking an extended break on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th; our next despatch date will be 30th December.
We will also be responding to emails and enquiries at a much slower than usual rate until then.
To help with any potential queries you might have about the status of your order:
if so, then we will only despatch orders when all titles are ready (usually we receive pre-orders the week before).
2. Does your order NOT contain a pre-order?
In the run up to Christmas, there were a number of royal mail strikes and we did not receive shipments of: Seventh Curse and Spiritual Kung Fu stock replenishment from our suppliers. As such, any orders with these titles will be delayed - we apologise for this wait on your title.
If your title did not contain these titles and you received an email that your order was despatched, then this is still likely on it's way to you and are subject to delays during the holiday period. If you would like to contact us about the order still, please email us at: email@example.com
3. Can you send me a tracking number?
If you selected TRACKED service at checkout, you will have received an email (and/ or sms) when with the tracking number when we despatched your parcel. Please check your junk folder.
If you did not select TRACKED (standard or economy) then this will not be tracked.
