Delays to already despatched International orders

If you have received a despatch notification email/ sms of your parcel being sent last week and your tracking url status has been stuck for a number of days as "Item Leaving UK" , then this is due to a fire at London Heathrow which caused flights to be cancelled.

The airport has reopened and there are a backlog of parcels to work through so let's be patient for a couple more days and we are sorry about the delay to you getting your films and being able to watch them.
