Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a release a 'Limited Edition'?

Limited Editions are pressed in a fixed, often individually numbered quantity, typically featuring exclusive slipcase artwork, booklets and bonus features not included in standard editions. Once sold out, they are not usually reprinted.

Should I pre-order Limited Editions?

Given their strictly limited nature, pre-ordering is the most reliable way to guarantee a copy before a pressing sells out.

What's included in a boxset?

Boxsets in this collection typically gather a director's complete filmography or an entire trilogy/series in one collector's package, often with additional booklets and artwork not available on the individual releases.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Terracotta Distribution ships worldwide, including to the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. All items are securely packaged to protect them during transit.

What should I do if a title is sold out?

If a title shows as sold out, it usually means a limited edition pressing has fully sold through. Keep an eye on the product page or subscribe to our newsletter for news of restocks or new editions.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are shipped in secure boxes with bubble wrap to protect your Blu-rays and DVDs from damage in transit.
