Corruption is rife in the colonial-era Hong Kong Police Force where an honest cops hard work is futile when one of their own is always partnered with the drug traffickers.  A story of loyalty and betrayal, greed and righteousness. Fun, furious and rammed with glorious fight choreography, Tiger Cage is the perfect late 80s "Gun Fu" spectacular.

Though not directly a sequel with a continuous storyline, Tiger Cage 2 and 3 follow in the same vein of frenetic guns and robbers action, with global superstar Donnie Yen being the link between the films.

In Tiger Cage 2, Yen plays an ex-cop passing by a shooting and somehow ends up with the beautiful lawyer (played by Rosamund Kwan) and her briefcase of cash, whilst being pursued by both the law and the gangsters.

Tiger Cage 3 features two police investigators on the case of money laundering and shady dealings, with plot twists and double-crosses and yet more exhilarating gun fight set pieces for action fans.
