One of the most classic and memorable films from the Tartan Asia Extreme era of Korean Hallyu releases; whether this is a first watch, or a re-watch, this will not leave you disappointed.
Set in 1972 during the Vietnam war, a unit of South Korean troops on a scouting mission goes missing and they are presumed dead.
Six months later, on R-Point, a strategically important island south of Ho Chi Minh City, a radio transmission is received apparently sent by the missing soldiers. Tough lieutenant Tae-in Choi (Kam Woo-seong) takes a team of nine soldiers on a search and rescue mission to R-Point, but what the unit uncovers is more terrifying than they could possibly imagine.
