Space-Swepper - Korean Blockbuster Debuts Online
With Space Sweeper originally scheduled for a theatrical release in summer 2020 and then Koreas Chseok holidays, the Corona pandemic halted these events and rather than continuously postponing the release, rumours had been circulating, which are now confirmed, that Netflix will host Space Sweeper on its streaming service globally. Kicking the week off by playing the OLDBOY soundtrack. Released by Invada Records on a limited pressing, the soundtrack to this masterpiece of Korean cinema has a wonderfully rich orchestral score by Jo Yeong-wook, which aptly captures the drama in this story. You can look up Jo Yeong-wook's other works and see the diversity of the films that he has scored. The release was exec produced by Nicolas Winding Refn with new artwork from Laurent Durieux.
