Double bill of Gareth Evans' explosive Indonesian martial arts action films. In THE RAID (2011), a SWAT team becomes trapped inside a Jakarta apartment block ruled by a ruthless gangster and his army of killers, thugs and drug-dealers. Their objective is to bring the drugs baron on the top floor to justice, but this proves far easier said than done. In THE RAID 2 (2014), still reeling from his last assignment, Jakarta cop Rama (Iko Uwais) is tasked with going undercover and infiltrating the criminal underworld to uncover corruption within his own police force. With his family in danger from those seeking retribution, it will be a race against time to bring an entire criminal empire down while covering his true identity.
